Big Circle Training and Development is our business where we help organizations create environments where teams thrive.

The Cooltable Foundation is our central service project and the love of our life. Through it, we invest training and mentoring resources into under-served youth programs to ensure that every child has a safe place to know their value, discover their potential, and live with purpose.

Two Parents and a Microphone, a podcast, is our fun creative space where we create a community for parents to feel seen and supported.
